Gochujang (say "go-chew-jong") is a centuries-old Korean condiment made from fermented soybeans, rice, Korean red chile, salt, and sugar. Mother-in-Law's has added garlic and ginger to create a delicious sauce. Great for a vegetable dip or even crackers. Use as a sauté sauce for tofu, ramen, or vegetables. Toss it straight out of the jar with soba noodles, sliced cucumbers, and green onions.
